If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at [email protected] & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (5-10 days). Email: [email protected] with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
Once you place your order, there will be a 3-5 day processing period followed by a 5-7 day shipping period to receive your items. The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as floods or typhoons. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
Unless stated otherwise, prices shown in the Store exclude taxes or charges (“Taxes”) that may apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in the Store also exclude delivery costs.
