In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please ensure that you CONTACT US within 48 hours of delivery and to ensure we thoroughly manage your query, our customer support team will also ask for a detailed description through email: [email protected], along with your receipt, photos and/or video to support your findings.
Below are few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:
- You have chosen the wrong size, wrong color and wrong type of product.
- Your order was placed 24 hours ago.
- The quality of the product is considered good.
- You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
- The orders can’t be canceled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we will pass the order information to the production department within 24 hours after receiving the order
- Canceling or request to cancel while item(s) in transit
- We also will not refund orders without the recipient/recipients not respond to the post office.
- Please note that if you using a coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
We accept customer returns and refunds for the following reasons:
– Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. If the item delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
– Not delivered on time: We understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. All of our products are custom-made to order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 5-10 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged, and shipped from our facility. The estimated shipping time will be a 5-7 day shipping period to receive your items. Because we have several different warehouses, some products are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases, it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused. We’d appreciate it if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you to let you know about its status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status. It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you Feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We’ll be more than happy to assist you.
– Wrong size received: If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order without reading the description carefully. In cases like those, we only offer a discount code of 30% on the next purchase because we notify very carefully in title and description. If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment. Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.
– Timing for a return: All returns/exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
It could take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified. When you make a qualifying return, we will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges (if any) except we won’t deduct those charges for returns because you are unsatisfied with the license agreement or warranty, and you will typically receive your refund in approximately 3-5 business days. Any refunds will be applied to the same account, and using the same method of payment, used to place the order.
All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They can not have been assembled and disassembled. A refund or replacement will not be issued if your item is misused, mistakenly installed or mishandled. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions at all times. Postage costs may apply in certain circumstances of incorrect choice or mistake purchases to assist in a positive resolution.
